International Railway Initiative

A railroad developed and maintained by the UN in unclaimed territory, while boarding areas would be built, protected, and maintained by towns within their claimed area.

Additional ideas include...

1. Citizens of nations avoid a fee for traveling back to their home town.
2. Towns built after intial construction pay a 1 time fee for the UN to build a connecting railroad.

3. Future options for large amounts of trade could be possible. A mailing system of sorts for citizens or larger quantity of goods for town-to-town trading.
