We, the soon-to-be Merchants Guild of the Overworld, Noticed that Travel from one Place to Another is tiring. We have Railways, sure, but what about Immediate

Travel? We propose: Magical Rune-powered Warpstones. For a small fee for mana usage, the Warpstone will teleport you to another Warpstone, but only if you have already discovered it. Warpstone helps Citizens travel from one town to another.

However, using a Warpstone to another Nation's Warpstone costs extra, while using a Warpstone between Towns of the same Nation is at normal Price.

This Motion is supported by the soon-to-be Merchants Guild led by Logean Nesbronze, and Warpstone Passports are to be Required and Issued by the Merchants Guilds upon request.
