Research: The Magical Power of Runes for faster Travel

We, the soon-to-be Merchants Guild of the Overworld, have noticed that travel between towns is tiring and time-consuming. Railways help, but faster travel is needed for trade.

We propose the UN Research Project. The goal is to research the magical powers of runes for the use of faster travel between Towns, so that we can research and invent a new way of transport.

Research Funding & Terms:
1. The UN will fund scholars to study rune magic
2. Travel between towns of the same nation will be at normal cost
3. Travel to another nation's town will have an extra cost.

This research is supported by the Merchants Guild led by Logean Nesbronze. If we invent a way to travel to towns with this research on runes, Teleportation Permits will be issued by the Merchants Guild, and 10% of Permit earnings will go to Aegis Order.

We thank the UN for the chance to submit this Motion. As a guild based on Aegis Order, we represent the nation. Our backup transport Plans, Happy Ghast, will be built regardless if this research bears fruit or fails.
