The motion

The empire pays for the wilderness railroad itself: 50 gold ingots, 100 workers, 500 iron ingots, 1000 spruce logs. In return, Caeroyna gains 100 additional exempt chunks. Towns still build their own stretch as they choose.

We said it once, at the great roads. the empire does not wait for others to build what it needs, it lays the stone itself and dares the rest of the world to keep up.

The railroad through the wilderness is no different. caeroyna does not ask the UN to pay for it. Caeroyna pays for it, with its own gold, its own iron, its own wood, its own backs bent to the work.

One hundred workers leave the forges and the fields for this. they will not be soldiers while they build. that is the cost. the empire accepts it.

In return, the crown claims more land, earned the same way the great roads earned Caeroyna its name, by building first and asking after.

Towns lay their own stretch of rail however they see fit, Caeroyna does not dictate the path through another's walls, only pays for what reaches its own.

The empire does not beg for progress. it builds it, and takes what it earns.
